Cancellation & Return Policy

Return Policy

Customers who wish to return or exchange any damaged item are responsible to ensure that it complies with our policy below. Any deliver return request that falls outside of our stated policy will not be entertained.

Customers are required to send in a written notice via email(with photo on the damage item) to us within 3 days of receiving the item for a valid exchange or return.

Item return must reach our premises within a week from date of informing us.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition including taps, tag attached or packages. All items will be inspected on return.

Customers are required to e-mail us the Return Details as below:

Important Notes

The return and replacement shipping fee will be borne by Little Cutie provided the return and replacement is due to Damage or Stained item.

Any exchange of item is subject to the same design and color only.

If customer received a damaged item and request for a different design or color as replacement, the return and replacement shipping fee will be borne by customer.

If higher price item is selected as replacement for a returned item, the remaining top up has to be paid by customer. Otherwise, if lower price item is selected, the balance will not be return to customer. No monetary refund is allowed.

Little Cutie reserves full right to reject any returned goods not meeting the stipulated Stock Return Policy.

1. Returnable/Exchangeable Section

  • Items that are terribly damage or stained.

2. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Section

  • Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, color differs slightly from the pictures shown online
  • Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button or pocket)
  • Return or exchange is not allowed if size measurement differs about 1-3cm
  • Sizing issue such as cannot fit in, too big or too tight or too short or long does not extend to any form of return nor exchange. There will be no exchange for reasons relating to size are not what you should expect or should be able to fit in when it is smaller or bigger than it is perceived.
  • Strictly no exchange for quality and material issues, because these are very subjective.


We strictly do not offer any refund under any circumstances, unless the item that eligible to return/exchange was OUT OF STOCK.
