How do I order ?
Step 1: Select the product
Step 2: Add to cart
Step 3: Update Shopping Cart
Step 4: Proceed to checkout (register a new account or guest)
Step 5: Confirm order (An email notification will be sent)
Step 6: Make payment via our secure site 
Step 7: Delivery (An email notification will be sent)

What happens if I selected an item and put into the shopping cart but do not proceed for a period of time?
Merchandise that has been put on the shopping cart will be reserved for a period of 3 days for further execution by user. After this period, the merchandise would be taken out from the cart (quantity be reduced to 0 upon checkout) and be available for other customers. 

Do I have a choice in currency payment?
Our Primarily currency is in Ringgit Malaysia. We will accept USD via our Virtual Terminal to process you payment . For details of how to process via our Virtual Terminal , please email us at enquiry@littlecutie.com.my

What if I want to return my product?

Return Policy

All products sold at www.littlecutie.com.my will have a 7 days return policy!

Returned product must be in its original condition, original packing and not abused. Buyer must inform us at enquiry@littlecutie.com.my within 7 days period as of the INVOICE DATE of the product before returning the product. 

Is my credit card information secure on the Internet?
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. As for credit card information that you entered during the purchasing process, it would pass through our site to payment provider that we used; it is invisible to us. 

When do I expect to receive the merchandise?
Orders received will be processed immediately. Estimated delivery time depends on the destination address & type of delivery chosen. To calculate the delivery time, we add the time it takes for your ordered merchandise to arrive at our warehouse from our supplier and the time needed for the delivery agent to deliver to your designated addresses. Kindly be informed that we only deliver on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday currently.

Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. 

Where do you deliver?
We deliver locally and internationally. International buyers are responsible pertaining to duty taxes and custom's regulations of your home country. 

Do you accept cheque payment?
Basically, the products on the site can only be purchased and paid online using VISA Card, MasterCard, Maybank2U, RHB Online, PosPay, Hong Leong Online, Alliance Online and Mobile Money. You will not be able to complete the transaction without choosing a payment gateway. 

How do I cancel an order?
The best way is to email us ASAP and we will cancel it. You must remember that in most cases, orders placed are dispatched the same or next business day. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled and will have to be posted back at the expense of the customer. As long as the packaging is in original condition, a full refund less postage will be provided.

What happens if I am after a product that is not listed on the website?
We will endeavour to locate products that are not located on our website for sales. You just need to send the relevant information to enquiry@littlecutie.com.my and we will try our best.
